Insurance

We accept in network benefits for the following insurance plans:

• Aetna
• Anthem
• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Mass General Brigham Health Plan (we do not accept ACO plans)
• Optum/United Healthcare (we do not accept Surest and UMR plans)
• Point32Health
  • Havard Pilgrim Health Care
  • Tufts – commercial plans only (no Health Direct plans)

We regret that we are also not MassHealth or Medicare providers.

For clients without Blue Cross plans it is recommended that you contact your insurance provider to verify whether and how many sessions will be covered.

We would recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Rates

Current rates for evaluation and follow-up sessions are as follows:

Evaluation / Initial Visit: $360
Follow-up Visits 45 min: $285
Follow up Visits 30 min: $230

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
